The staff in the restaurant knew our names and had beach chairs ready for us in the morning. the food was some of the best we've had in an all-inclusive hotel.
The staff at the reception were rude and made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel had a great pool area with plenty of sun loungers, and it was located right on the beach, which was perfect for sunbathing and swimming.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the rooms were a bit outdated and could have used a refresh, and the food at the buffet restaurant was a bit hit or miss.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean, tidy, and spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of choice and the option to sit outside. We also enjoyed the 8 pools and the lovely beach. English was no problem, as the staff not only spoke it, but also understood it. everything was nice in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.

the swimming pool area was clean and well, maintained, and the private facilities were outstanding. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both well, appointed and had a great atmosphere.
however, this hotel provided everything I needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
